All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability, but prior booking is encouraged.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final service price.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a possible 50% surcharge and/or loss of deposit.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

  • Payment for services and products is due in full on the day of the appointment.

  • We offer package deals and promotions which must be used within the specified terms. Any unused portion is non-refundable.

3. Hair Extensions Consultation

  • A consultation is essential before any hair extension application to assess your hair type, desired look, and ensure the best extension choice.

  • Consultations can be in-person or virtual and will be charged if the appointment leads to a service.

4. Hair Extension Quality Guarantee

  • We use only high-quality hair extensions sourced from reputable suppliers, including Russian and Ukrainian hair.

  • All products are thoroughly inspected for quality and consistency.

  • We offer a 1-year guarantee on the quality of hair extensions, provided proper aftercare is followed.

5. Aftercare Policy

  • To ensure the longevity and quality of your extensions, we will provide you with aftercare instructions specific to your type of extensions.

  • Sulfate-free and non-oily hair care products are recommended.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, harsh products, or third-party styling.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Hair Extensions: Due to hygiene reasons, all sales of hair extensions are final.

  • Services: If you are unsatisfied with the application of your hair extensions, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule a free maintenance appointment.

  • Refunds are not provided for services rendered.

  • Refunds are not provided due to change of mind.

7. Health & Safety Policy

  • We follow all relevant health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment at all times.

  • If you have any scalp conditions, allergies, or medical concerns, please disclose them during your consultation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unwell or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. All personal information, including medical history and contact details, will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.

  • We will never share your information with third parties unless required by law.

9. Customer Satisfaction

  • Our goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied with their extensions. If you have any issues or concerns post-service, please reach out to us immediately so we can address them promptly.

10. Product Sales

  • If you are not happy with a product, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, provided it is unopened and unused.
